I know in BG2, it was bound to "Z." But that doesn't work, and I don't see the rest button.

I don't recall if there's a quick key, but if you access the character sheet screen or the map screen, there will be a rest button. I don't know why it doesn't appear on the regular interface screen.

There is closed eye button on the left side menu, which puts your party to sleep.
EDIT: No, no, scratch this.This works in EasyTUTU, that's BG2 engine. In BG you have to open character sheet and the button will appear down on right side panel. Instead "Select all" and "AI toggle" buttons.

I know it's marked as solved, but I found this page while looking as well, and there's another way. Click on the disk on the lower left menu to bring up the options menu, then click on the closed eye on the lower right.

Or you can simply open inventory of one of your group members, and Rest icon will appear in the lower-right corner of the screen.
