Yes I do have BG2 installed. I tried running as admin,disabling aero theme on windows,changing the color to 16 then back to 32 with no avail.
EDIT...
I uninstalled everything,reinstalled both titles then installed BGT as well as the widescreen mod and everything is working up to par.
