Hi everybody,
I just startyed a new game using thhe BGT mod, I just don't see Durllag's Tower in the main map..should I go there to see it on the map or it's a kind of a bug? TOTSC is properly installed (iut's the GOG version), that's why I'm asking, I prefer to do something now rather than re-start everything later.
(by the main I managed to get 18 - 18 - 18 - 10 - 11 - 18 in carachter creation (fighter)..never happened to me :) )

You may have to visit some places to hear about the tower first or just walk to it's location.

As for myself; I have enabled an option in BG2 Tweaks recently..

Hence I don't see it in the start of the game, unless I can access it from another region known as "Ulgoth's Beard". There is a quest in that region which opens up access(proper intended access) to Durlag's Tower.

I don't even see Ulgoth's Beard..hope it'll appear when I'll check that location...

I can't find / access Ulgoth's Beard, despite having already completed Durlag's Tower. I'm using BGT.

Update: It appeared, somehow, but the quests are a bit screwey because I've already been through the tower, e.g. Dalton's ma won't acknowledge that he's free...

one thing for sure:Durlag's tower is the hardest dungeon of the game

It's pretty tough. Especially with no thief for most of it...

If you don't see Ulgoth's Beard on your map goto Wyrm's Crossing (the bridge outside Baldur's Gate) then go to the area north, after that Ulgoth's Beard should be on your map but to the left of Baldur's Gate.

I think normally it's to the east but for some reason while I was playing BGT it was to the west of BG.
