Ok so this is my first time playing BG1 and i'm stuck, the boss at the end of the time is kicking my ass, or more precisely the hordes of skeletons and kobolds he summons. Like what the hell, am i missing something, anything i should know? Anything you guys can recommend?

I recommend that you provide a better description of your situation. :) What is the name of this boss? You mention kobolds and skeletons, which suggests you might be in the Nashkel Mines. Is that right? How many characters are in your party? Which, if any, of the preplaced companions (Jaheira, Khalid, Xzar, Montaron, Imoen, Minsc, etc.) are in the party? What are the levels of each of your characters? For any custom characters, what class(es) are they?

When you start the fight, is your party in good health or already injured from prior battles? What, if any, potions do you have on hand that you can use? For your casters, what spells do you have available?

the boss at the end does not summon jack so you have a different boss or are playing with mods... in the case of mods, good luck but if it is just Mulahey then the guy is a cleric so silence works well, as does fire damage in any form

if all else fails, run away is a valid option but he doesn't do much at range so thats also a good option
