So I just got BG1:EE of the sale and started reading through the manual. I go to the character generation section to look at the classes and it says "More information on classes is provided in "Manual the Second"."

Where is this second manual? I downloaded the bonus content and only got one manual zip file with one PDF in it named "BGManual1.pdf". Where do I find the second manual?

Probably a GOG oversight. You can get it straight from Beamdog:

Turns out this is in the BG2EE manual download instead! It's a screw up. GOG needs to fix this by:
1. Moving the "BG2EE manual" to BGEE
2. Actually add the BG2EE manual to BG2EE.
