Generally, when seeking players on an international forum, it is helpful to state the days and times at which you would be available, so that other people can judge whether your schedule and theirs will align often enough to make the game workable. For example, do you play only during local evening hours? If so, what times would that be in UTC? Stating times in UTC is relatively portable, since most people can more readily convert between their local timezone and UTC than they can between their local timezone and some arbitrary other timezone. Do you play only on the weekend, or also on some weekdays? Is your schedule predictable (e.g. you could commit to "Every Monday and Wednesday, for the next 2 months")?

On the gameplay side, do you have a character class preference? Some people might insist on being, or not being, the party's spellcaster(s). Others may be happy to let you pick whichever class you want, and they will fill in a complementary class. How do you feel about voice chat? Some people may strongly prefer being able to talk to you over Mumble / Discord during the game. Others may be happy using the in-game chat mechanism to coordinate.

For completeness - I'm not interested in running a multiplayer session; just trying to help you help your prospective partners.
