I just bought and installed Baldur's Gate 2 Complete here and when I try to play, I have weird glitches with the spell button/special capabilities

When I click, it will show spells ready for casting, then the next time i'll try to open it, it won't open and it will act as if I selected a spell, so either I won't open and do nothing or sometimes it seems to choose a spell a random

I have been through this game times and times again with different installations and I never had any kind of problems, and now with the GOG client, I can't properly access sub-menus

I tried windowed/full screen, I've tinkered a bit with different graphics settings, admin or not

I am running Windows 7 x64 and I was able to properly play for years

At first I had installed Fixpack & tweaks, so I tried with a clean installation and it's still happening

Can't find mention of a similar occurrence anywhere for now

Anybody had the same thing?
