I've been scrolling Youtube and people are talking about cut romances, quest and what not. Think CDPR will add it at some point?

Well, it looks like they made their move. They are moving foward with the massive cashgrab they made with this game. Seems like they will add some of the most requested features and the move on to the sequel. So the closest you'll get to the game was supposed to be , will be in the first quarter 2023.
