Looks like latest patch broke how headlights used to work in previous version,
Before, you could cycle between Low, High Beam and Off.

In 1.61 patch you can only toggle between Low and Off

Also all Bikes lights are borked, when you turn them On it looks like the light is coming from behind and not the actual vehicle lights.
