nianiania: Sometimes, vehicles on the street seem to spawn in for a split-second, then despawn again. Almost like the game can't decide whether they should spawn or not. This affects only "background"-vehicles (nothing quest-related). It happens usually while I'm driving fast and the game is loading new parts of the map.
It happens with people too lol. It's funny. On one street I got out of the car I was in. Went to get into a truck I wanted to try and the back of it disappeared lol. Only the front part was left lol. There are such funny moments like this. Makes the game even more fun lmao.
When driving fast I tend to crash into oncoming vehicles because I'm looking at the minimap. Sometimes I am going so fast that I plow through them and some go flying lol.
