Somewhere here they warned of purchasing keys from a 3rd party.
It's sad your game doesn't work. I myself have had a similar issue prior to CP2077.
On the main page of CDKEYS.com, they state this - "100% SECURE AND 24H SUPPORT"

I suggest contact them and see if they offer any support

I can't speak to the legality/validity of game keys, but if it crashes right after launch, try deleting your config and cache files (at users\username\AppData\Local\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk2077).

Delete the UserSettings.json and whatever you've got in the cache folder and see if the game starts up.

After that, though, you're on your own. All I've figured out for myself is that, on my system, turning on any raytracing options crashes the game on startup.

Good luck!

I had the exact same thing happen to me and it was out of nowhere. Did everything you did and zero AND back and forth with customer care and still nothing. I decided to NOT launch GOG and launch the game directly from the Cyberpunk folder from the .exe and the game fired up. Tried it again and again and it launched ever single time. Went back to GOG and it flatlined for me. Back to the folder, no GOG and the game launches perfect. After about a week I decided to launch GOG, flatline. But then I unchecked GOG overlay and the game launched perfect from GOG. Go figure

This might help any poor sod after me; you need to enable mods if you have any installed. The message to inform you of this fact is a crash to desktop. Smooth.

I pre-purchased directly from GOG and had the same issue the last time I launched. Launching the game directly or turning off the overlay via "Access GOG Galaxy features in-game" in the GOG Galaxy game configuration worked for me.
Just a few cents on key resellers - I stay far away from all of them since many of them have been proven to be involved big in money laundering.

Here's how:
Criminals purchase keys (on Steam, GoG, or any other legit storefront) with stolen credit cards, then flip these keys for cheap on reseller platforms. Some resellers apparently even did it themselves, far I as I remember. When the credit card gets reported stolen, people get their money back, but these chargebacks have processing fees that then come out of the game publisher's pocket, resulting in a game key having been "sold" for NEGATIVE amounts of money (yes you've read that right). Key gone, money gone, plus more money gone to pay the chargeback fee.

And it's not just that net loss financially, since that lost key now can't be sold again because it's already out there. That really is a "lost sale". Many publishers don't have the means or policy to deactivate such effectively "stolen" keys, so people never realize their cheap key may actually have been financially worse to the publisher than piracy would've been. Yeah, that really is backwards, isn't it?

But no joke, some indies especially have told people to please just pirate their games instead of "purchasing" at resellers because of that chargeback thing.
