Hello,
I killed the boss from the quest, but she fell into the ground/stairs so I could not loot her (did not know that you should loot her to complete the quest) so I went away and waited for the call, did not get any. I did not think a lot about it so started to do other quests and have been playing 20+h since the quest.

Now I saw the quest in my log and went back the loot her, the polices had respawn and I got to loot them again but the boss did not apear. What should I do? I can't reload and go back from 15-25h progress in to the game with other quests, weapons and storyline for that quest?! I have been loving the game so far, the best game since Witcher 3 and the bugs have not been game breaking until maybe now?! This is really annoying.
And yes, I have checked the phone for a text message as well.

If anyone knows what you can do and have had similar problems, but solved them - please help me :) / Cheers!

PS. Begging that CDPR saves this awesome game and fixes the bug and the stupid NPC/Police AI ASAP. Then they can focus on expanding the game with new quests, new apartments, deeper relationship mechanics, haircuts, tattoo artists, some mini-game(s) so you can get lost in Night City other then do quests etc to make Cyberpunk the game that it can be.

I had the exact same problem. The psycho tends to follow you if you move away from the scene of the fight, getting stuck in the stairs. At first I thought of using this glitch in my favor (not moving it was easier to beat it :D ) but once it is eliminated, the body collapses to the ground disappearing from view preventing looting.

The only thing I could do was load an old save and keep the target as far away from the stairs as possible and take it out in the yard. Only in that way, for me, was it possible to avoid the bug.
