I bought this game 2 years ago and I played 38 hours with it. Then I get bored because my pc was really weak and I couldn't enjoy the game. But a few days ago I got a new pc and I wanted to play Cyberpunk 2077 again. I downloaded GOG Galaxy but the game is disappeared from my account. I have it in the order history but it says i have to buy the game. I'll attach a few pictures to prove myself.

You said you "bought" the game but your screenshot clearly shows it's a gift... who are you trying to confuse here? If it disappeared it's probably because the person who gifted it to you got it from one of those shady key selling websites. Solution to your problem: buy it from GOG or other official store that actually pays the developers.
