This is one of the main things I want added to the world of CP2077:

This level of immersion and interaction is what I expect when we talk about living breathing open worlds. I want to live the city, to be able to lounge and chill, take it slow and get combat hours lasting bonuses for the action parts for doing so. Like, stay in a bar drinking whisky and talking to the bar man should give you hours for xyz bonuses in combat and a few drawbacks as well as giving useful information for sidequests and the world. People want to eat, drink, talk, explore, do slow investigative detective work, gather clues, listen to a bebop jazz band playing live, watching the streets from inside a tall building large window while it rays and they sip coffee and read/listen to the Night City news at a cafe... and get practical rewards for it.
Basically things you see in Yakuza and Shenmue, and many other similar games to various degrees but which is totally lacking in any form in the Cyberpunk 2077 world. Resulting in a city that just feels empty and not interactive at all.
More world, less open: this is what this game needs now.
And CDPR needs forget all about multiplayer for at least two years or altogether. Multiplayer should never be the main focus of this game.
