So I had to do a couple of things to make Cyberpunk 2077 run a little better. (ULTRA RT)

Long story short: disable HPET from Windows Device Manager, do the community patch (Hex edit).

For the DEVs:

This info might be useful so I thought I'd let you know in more detail, and I wish I could help you track this down this issue. So before disabling HPET and performing the community patch:
- The game was running at 30 to 40 FPS.
- CPU and GPU were registering a max of 50% to 55% usage.

After the changes:
- I'm able to hit 60-75 FPS on average. But performance still takes a hit now and then, specially inside bars.
- Getting 75% CPU usage and 70% GPU usage.

So there is a bottleneck in my system and I don't see where the issue might be. I've ordered some new and faster RAM sticks from HyperX to see how it goes. System changes like HPET did wonders, but what worries me is that nor the GPU or CPU usage is able to hit those 90-100%.

System specs:
- GPU: Asus RTX 3070 TUF Gaming OC - Performance BIOS
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700 - @3200mhz
- RAM: Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) @3000mhz 15-17-17-35
- MOBO: Asus Prime B450 Plus
- OS: Windows 10 Pro - Build 18363

I hope this info helps people get better FPS and help the DEVs improve the game a little more.

I wish the DEVs the best (and a good rest, love you choombas but stay healthy!) and to anyone who is reading this a great time.
