As a left handed payer (mouse in left hand, arrow keys for movement) I tend to remap most functions to the right side of the keyboard and number pad, but for some reason the 'F' key is locked in as the interact button. This makes the game almost unplayable for me with a mouse/keyboard setup, and while playing with a controller is okay, and arguably better for driving, it is lacking for the FPS sections of the game.
