I'm stuck at the RipperDoc chair. cant upgrade as i have no money, Cant get out, I have cloised the game , rebooted and restarted a few times already, still the same, Help!

You tried to scam the poor doctor and you'll pay for it till hell freezes over.

But talking seriously, don't you have previous saves like auto ones to load from?
If no, there is a mod Cyber Engine Tweaks that enables a console. Do your research around it for any teleport command or any sort of it.
And don't pay attention to the "Currently compatible ONLY with game version 1.31" on the front page, as it had got 1.5 support yesterday.

This had me stuck for a while too but's not a bug, the game just doesn't make it clear what you need to do. You need to install the eye upgrade and the hand upgrade before you will get an option to exit the screen. No money required.

This is correct. You do not have to pay for the eye right away. He is kind of gifting it to you. And you should have enough to get the hand for 800...(& be broke forthwith)!

So I'm stuck at the ripperdoc quest, I get into the chair, pick my upgrades get my eye and when Vik moves to my right hand he just stays there, quest doesn't progress and I can't get past it.

Tried making a new save, tried verifying files, tried re-installing nothing stops this random bug.
I see no posts of it online and there are no mods that help me out, I didn't have this issue before when I played on patch 1.5, but on 1.61 I randomly got it.
Please help
