As I feared, the game is too negative for my tastes. The city is full of junk and garbage bags, concrete and anonymous skyscrapers, a desintegrated society full of run down, ugly people who hate and kill each other, violence on TV shows and cutthroat corporations.

For what it tries to achieve, Cyberpunk is great, good job CD project! But I'm simply not the target audience ^^

I'm off to ride my horse through Skyrim, plant a tree and build a wooden house.
My fauvorite cyberpunk novel is "Snowcrah" by Neal Stephenson. I think cyberpunk has one of his founders in Philip K. Dick (Ridley Scott's "Blade Runner" was the first movie adapted from Dick's novels and tales, many followed).
In Cyberpunk 2077 there isn't a dark atmosphere, all the (open - sic) world is sunny like a Disney movie.
In the credits you can find quotes from Omero to Hemingway, so the authors made a deep research, but they didn't want to loose the young target of the market - so zero real cyberpunk in Cyberpunk 2007.

Logan's Run should of got a game. If Gibson is the guy why does he get any credit in this game?
