Hi!
I have a problem with fps in game. I have:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900X CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti
RAM: 32GB
Power suply: 800W
Game is instaled on M2 disk
I already installed newest drivers.

When im set settings to ray tracing:ultra i got 30 fps (GPU usage near 40% in GPU-Z) but i got drops to 20 while driving.
When i set them to low (NOT ray tracing: low) i got 50 fps with drops to 30 (also usage near 40%)

Also CPU dont have high usage (also near 40%). Right now game worked better on a way worst CPU and GTX1060.

Do you have any ideas whats wrong? How i can check why game dont want to use more cpu/gpu while it need that?
You're running a 10900X and a RTX 3080 Ti on a 800 Watt PSU? That's rather brave.
You could be power limited. With that setup, I would recommend 1000 Watts or higher to counter the power spikes the RTX 30xx series is known for.

But 30 FPS on RT Ultra settings (presumably with DLSS ON) sounds about right. Pretty close to what what I get on my i9 10900K / RTX 3080 setup at that setting. I get about 60 FPS on High settings, with reduced shadows and RT and DLSS OFF.

It could also be just a sensor problem, that GPU-Z / HWInfo / Afterburner only gives you false info. I have seen that before. As you get the FPS I would say is accurate on that setting.

If you got a second monitor, you could try playing the game in windowed mode, and have Task Manager and other info software up on the other to monitor while playing.

There could also be an issue with the socket 2066 system and Cyberpunk 2077. Are there any BIOS updates available for your motherboard?
