FallenHeroX1: Same on pc. Not a single crash yet. Performance seems to get worse during long sessions and restarts fixes this, but nothing game breaking yet. Only silly bugs like motorcycle getting stuck on geometry, calling vehicle not working properly and npcs being generally weird.
As for op, no way the game is going on sale anytime soon. I know the game is getting lots of negativity thrown at it, mainly because people expected a life altering experience and they only got a good game instead, but I fully believe the negativity has done very little to impact sales and would bet money on most waiting on patches instead of getting refunds, or buying the again when word of mouth says it's okay to do so. The game is good and we know it's getting roughly 3 or more years of support from CDPR including updates, patches, free dlc, paid dlc and multiplayer. Abadoning the project would harm their sales of whatever game they have planned next. So yeah, don't see it going on sale for awhile.
I mean look at gwent. Cdpr has shown they will stick with a game even if it's very flawed and they will do major overhauls to try and appease their playerbase's concerns. The idea that they are going to dump this game or that it's not worth it's current asking price is nonsense.
No, I don't own it, yet. Yes, I did get to try it from a "brave" friend. I didn't fall into the pre-sale hype - and seeing the bad press definitely gave me pause. With big AAA titles, the smart choice is to wait. I waited before getting NMS, and same with Kingdom Come Deliverance, which I got on a flash sale over at Epic Games. I'm waiting a bit to see if another platform such as Steam or Epic puts it on mega sale, but, honestly, I prefer DRM-free and want to support CDPR. scrubking: Lots of users on here claiming the game is excellent in spite of literally everyone knowing it's not. Did CDPR hire you?
FallenHeroX1: The game is excellent, looking through your profile, it doesn't look like you have even played the game. If CDPR pays the people who like the game, does that mean trolls like you work for free? So, not a troll. Maybe a vulture looking to capitalize on bad press to get a deal. But, just that small taste I got of the game has made my will power quite weak. I do feel bad for those having trouble, and the console players who seem to bear the brunt of the damage. But, that's the state of things, isn't it? And looks like 2020 striking, yet again.
