TM888: I have but don't have any :(
Grargar: If you didn't receive any e-mail so far, then you'll need to ask your friend about the order.
1) Are they sure they ticked the "gift" checkbox when making the purchase?
2) Are they sure the order was completed successfully?
3) Are they sure they sent it to your correct e-mail address?
If the answer is yes to all three, ask your friend to check their order history. They can find it by following the link below:

The gift order should be at the top of the list and should have a 20-digit code. Ask them to send it to you, and you can redeem it via the link below:

Braggadar: Your friend should still have access to the gift codes they purchased for you within "Orders & Settings".
Get them to copy the codes in text and send them via GOG chat in a message (and be sure it's YOUR ACCOUNT). You might have to accept a friend request from him and at least enable "friends only" in your chat settings to receive chat messages.
I suggest you do this asap. If the codes got emailed to some other random person in the world they could be on their way to redeeming the codes themselves or reselling them (if they haven't done already), and it's a pain to have to go through support to deal with that situation. You need to redeem these codes yourself and quickly.
Next time tell your friend to gift the purchases to their OWN email first and then hand over the unclaimed codes manually. You can do this, I've done it myself several times.
Well my friend did hit gift and put in my address the order was complete but it got added to their account instead. So they are going to put in a help request. I guess thats the next step?
