Just a guess the game quiz, that I thought might be fun. That's it short and simple, identify the game.. First hint below.

Wasteland 2, perhaps? Raiders often carry library cards as trash items.

That's it. It often made me laugh because, big bad Raiders with library cards......Your turn.

There is a library? I didn't know that/get that far as I get lost because the map refills the fog of war sometimes and one cannot mark down which areas(down to the meter/etc) where one has been/not been. I had a notepad filled with vague directions based in landmarks and even it got confusing after playing for a week or so.

I DID get to the game company, though, and the food store near the start.
