I requested a refund for Ultimate Red Collection. And it was granted. In words only.
In reality it's been almost 3 months since my initial inquiry.

Some employee (goes by "Rokky") had been apologetically stalling the process of refund until a week or so ago.
These days Rokky just ignores the ticket.

This is not how customer service should work.
Our support team was dealing with an unprecedented volume of tickets, and while they are working tirelessly around the clock to respond to each and every request, longer delays are unfortunately to be expected.
As Rokky has stated several times in your ticket, the refund has been forwarded, and we will get back to you as soon as the transfer has been issued. Keep in mind that posting on the forum will not escalate your ticket. Please be patient and wait for the reply from Support.
