Currently experiencing a TBS phase after rediscovering Fallout 1 and 2. I fear that I will be left unsatisfied once I beat Fallout 2 wanting more. Are there any other games that play like these two games? Probably going to skip Fallout Tactics because my experience with this game was not the best when I first played it a long time ago. I got Underrail and Gorky 17 wishlisted, ready to buy but would like more. Doesn't have to necessarily be a post-apocalyptic game, I just want adventure and TBS combat, not interested in base building unless the game includes adventuring like in Fallout.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

Edit: I forgot to mention that I own Wasteland 2 on Steam and gonna replay it after Fallout 2.

ATOM RPG sounds like what you're looking for.
https://www.mobygames.com/game/windows/metalheart-replicants-rampage
(think it was available on Gamersgate at one point, but dont see it in searches now, however disc copies should be easy enough to come across in bargain bins)

Harbinger on GamersGate
DRM Free if you use the workaround

Krai Mira on Steam
Another modern take on the Fallout formula.

Dead State on GOG
Zombie apocalypse with some basic base building elements, but combat should scratch the itch well

Planet Alcatraz on Steam
Russian made rpg set on a prison planet with VERY dodgy english voiceovers (there are workarounds). Most versions are apparently cut due to some pretty questionable content.

Marauder on Steam
While technically real time, its real time with automated pause (you can setup how that works). Set in a post collapse / invasion scenario. Really rather good in many ways.

Neo Scavenger on GOG

Maybe Age of decadence, you play as a single character and it has turn-based combat like in Fallout. It's more linear (and much shorter) than the Fallout games though. There's a demo available iirc, so maybe try that.
I think Underail would fit exactly what you need :)

Or maybe Encased ?

You could, of course, look into some of the Spiderweb Software games, for which demos are available (so you can see if the games interest you before you buy). There's Avernum (fantasy, takes place in an underground world, create a party), Geneforge (mix of science fiction and fantasy, create one character and your only companions are persistent summons), and Avadon (fantasy, choose a class for your main character, companions are pre-made and recruited during the game).
Thanks for the suggestions, fellas! Added the ones that are on GOG. Not interested in buying from a different platform so I'm hoping that Krai Mira makes it to GOG one day.
Arcanum.

(Troika was founded by people who'd worked on Fallout. It can be switched to TB combat mode.)

Arcanum's combat has a terrible reputation though, it seems to be widely considered the single worst part of the game.
Wasteland 2 is right up your alley. So is Shadowrun Returns, Shadowrun Returns Dragonfall, and Shadowrun Returns Hong Kong
I suggest West of Loathing. Very funny game with charming stick figure art. Traveling the world map and all the options to avoid combat/solve problems with skill checks is much like Fallout 1 and 2.

I was actually looking at this series not too long ago. My wishlist racked up numbers on this thread alone, you guys are great!
Take a look at THE FALL: LAST DAYS OF GAIA, a German game, but there is an English patch. I would also recommend that you look into Burntime and Twilight 2000, an older DOS/Amiga games.
Check out Lionheart Legacy of the Crusader

It's not a Fallout style game but a high fantasy one BUT it does use the SPECIAL system from Fallout and was made by the same studio BIS.
I agree with much of the titles mentioned and want to add the XCom series, especially the new ones like Enemy Unknown
