There are two issues in effect here.

First, after a reboot, or if I restart GOG, some games report that "cloud games not synced". They will stay unsynced for some time, usually a couple hours.

Second, while games are not synced, its impossible to load local saved games. Its odd that I can't continue off a local save because even though i can browse to their location and confirm that they are up to date, the game itself seems to be unaware of it. Thus, combined with the first issue, GoG Galaxy essentially prevents me from playing. Its only a couple hours later when the saves have been synced by GoG galaxy that i can continue where i left off.

Google searches aren't turning up anything useful or ehhh, relevant to me so far. Is this a known problem? Any fresh advice?
