Which Vampire Clan is meant to be the "Pure Dracula-esque" Vampire Clan?

No "gimmicks" like the Gangrels or Malkavians or Nosferatu.

Bascially the most "Vanilla" Vampire Clan?

According to official VTM lore, Dracula a.k.a. Vlad Tepes is actually of clan Tzimisce.
Since clan Tzimisce is not playable (without mods that is) the closest to the suave Bela Lugosi-Dracula probably would be clan Toreador.
Nosferatu would apply as well, if you want to play the Max Schreck/Graf Orlok-version of Dracula.

Is Clan Tzimisce going to be playable in the new game?

For the base game, unfortunately not.
They did announce the addition of more clans with post-launch DLC and expansion(s) though.

At launch you'll be able to choose between:
Brujah
Tremere
Toreador
Ventrue
Malkavian

Would be awesome, but no.
Clan Brujah
Clan Tremere
Clan Toreador
Clan Ventrue
Clan Malkavian

Toreador and Tremere might be considered as "vanilla". I prefer seduction, manipulation and domination as the main vampire traits as they are the main vampire powers.

No Nosferatu shockingly.

I guess its because they haven't designed all the Sewers that they usually inhabit yet.

Tzimisce.

If Tremere are playable, those share some similarities, other than being deadly, sworn enemies, strangely enough.

KiNgBrAdLeY7: Tzimisce.
Achieving Golconda; restoring mortal life to a Vampire?

So there are Vampires that want to be "Human" again?

Sure. A secretive group/sect, called the Inconnu, is almost dedicated to unveiling this secret.

And in videogame Redemption, there were many notions and referrences, towards this concept, as well (Golconda in dialogue, Mercurio's supposed experiments to restore mortal life to a vampire, etc).

No sabbat clans then? It would be nice if more developers designed games around "the other point of view" every now and then. I have an itch to play a Lasombra.

No independent ones, like Giovanni (which i wanted) or Setites, either.
Any clan resembling pre-Polidori vampires? The almost zombie-like, rotting kind?

Referring to the ones found in "official" police documents in eastern Europe before they got romanticized in Gothic novels.
