It's all in the fist.

A Fistful of Gun, an action shoot'em'up with twisted controls, is available now, DRM-free on GOG.com with a 25% discount.

Fistful. Of. Gun. Wild. West. Explosive. Control motley. Can you keep up? I reckon you might. A Fistful of Gun is all about finding order in chaos, keepin on your toes, and making the best of a bullet-hell situation. A Fistful of Gun is a couch/online co-op shoot'em'up for up to nine players, featuring eleven gun-slingers - and eleven different control schemes, each catered to that particular gentleman's playstyle. Some of the guys are controlled with the finesse of a gamepad, some may need the speed and precision of a mouse, while others are perfectly okay with the clickety-clack of your keyboard. Or any mix thereof.

Ever wonder what a pixely wild-wild-west sounds like? Well, you can also pick up a fist full of Fistful of Gun OST and resolve that one of many life's mysteries.

Grab yerself a fistful of controls and A Fistful of Gun, available now, DRM-free on GOG.com. The launch discount will last for one week, until Thursday, October 1st, 9:59 AM GMT.

Smannesman: Regionally (over)priced?
No thank you.
I'll probably pick it up during a 75% off sale just to add a co-op game to my library.

nightcraw1er.488: I agree. Each release seems to be pushing the price up. £7.50 for a game I never heard of, from an Indie I never heard, is way too much. Not to mention that the soundtrack is another £1.50, whatever happened to the goodies being part of the purchase, now it seems we have to pay for each component of each release as well. Disappointed.
It's because the soundtracks themselves are more than likely done by an independent artist just for that game and probably licensed a lot differently than soundtracks for games back in the day :)

inc09nito: Actually, isn't GOG about handling things more like "back in the day"? ;)

Anyway, game looks definitely like my deal. :)
I love games like Alien/Zombie Shooter. Can anyone say if this is something similar?
I'll probably wait for reviews, but seems like I will be getting this . Good realease it seems :)
Sure but we're in no position to tell independent developers how to handle soundtracks for their games :)

tburger: Are we done with new releases today or you still keep sth for us in 2.5h?

tburger: You sure have a way with words, Mister :-P
My flavor-of-the-month game is in ASCII so I hope I have a way with words :P

Maxvorstadt: Hmm, nice trailer, indeed. What makes me hesitate is the thing with different contoller types bound to specific characters. I`m used to play pc games with mouse and keyboard.
Never heard of a game that forces me to use different control methods for different characters.
AFAIK, mouse+keyboard are much better here. I found the gamepad controls a bit janky.

It's a good game overall. Zeke is my bro.

cal74: How dare you give a reasonable reason when all we want is complain about how better it was before (that's the problem when a significant part of your customer base is 35+).
I know, right? I should resort to demagoguery instead, no? :P
