In other words, post links to gamergate-related NEWS here. Post links to articles/discuss things/whatever in one or both of the above threads.

That is a fine example of irresponsible journalism, bad reporting, innuendo, faulty logic, and conspiracy theory.

You can take that article right down to the dock and shove it off.

I'm waiting for further proof before I jump onboard with it. The point is, though, it's still news. Even if it ends up being false, it's still a relevant development.

I'd also like to point out that when this initially dropped, LordKat claimed that he was also going to the FBI with this information. So if it's true, there will hopefully be some really concrete evidence of its truth some time down the line.

I agree, though. Right now, it hasn't been proven as true, and I don't think anyone should jump on the bandwagon yet.

That was just the pre-announcement for the actual piece, while the people that did the sleuthing consulted with a lawyer. Watch both videos, if you're not convinced of actual wrongdoing, that's okay.

Nope. You don't get to be an actual journalist and publish "pre-announcements" that are irresponsible and full of innuendo, rumor, and other hallmarks of bad journalism.
