Hey everyone I'm a new user here at gog.com and I would like to ask what is a game with a twitch-tv feature.. Is there any games here on gog that uses twitch-TV settings?

Not really sure what you mean by "twitch tv settings" - but if you mean if there is games which can be streamed on twitch yes basically all of the games are compatible for streaming on twitch using a broadcaster software like OBS or Nvidia Shadowplay/Geforce Experience .
I for example streamed Witcher 3, Wasteland 2, Day of the Tentacle Remastered, Shadow Warrior 2, Silence, Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines, Metro&Metro Last Light and Dreamfall Chapters without any issues.
I have not streamed games utilizing Dosbox yet but except maybe some cropping this shouldn't be an issue either - maybe another user can tell you if they successfully streamed games using DosBox

There are a few games with twitch integration here on gog. As in: Twitch chat interaction. I assume that's what you meant. Which titles those are I can't tell you cause I forgot all titles.

IIRC Punch Club has something like that where Chat can bet on the outcome of fights.
And Party Hard (which sadly isn't on GOG) let's Chat put more challenges (enemies) into the game.
Other games pick names from Chat and automatically put them into the game or let Chat help the streamer by writing certain things in Chat (there was a game like that 8Bit streamed but I forgot the name.... It had zombies...)

Sounds interesting. So...chat can basically manipulate the game to add challenges for the streamer? Weird!

I know that Oh...Sir! - The Insult Simulator has some built-in Twitch interaction feature, but I don't know what it does.
