Actually, I *think* that is one of the Necromancer/Death Knight heroes from HOMMIII. So, vampire-looking: check, cybernetic: no check :-). I could be wrong, though.
Also, you say that as if there were so many ladies here... (Yes, I know there are 4-5 of them here, which is something in itself, but still.) However, maybe geeks like the undead? This place is overflowing with geeks.
