This is most probably an issue which has been mentioned by Kurina and eckertt001 in this thread. As GOG.com is a new company and is based in Europe, your bank's fraud monitoring systems have probably flagged the transaction. Please try contacting your bank and authorize the transaction and then it should work fine. We're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Let us know if it helped :)
