I made a bet with some friends on Facebook, we're having a gamers faceoff from the first of July until midnight on the 31st July. Whoever can take a photo of the most end screens of games they have (successfully) completed with their personal "I win loser" smug face next to it and upload them to their Facebook album wins pizza and beer off the others.

I have about 90 games on GOG.com. What should I play that's short to try and win my bet?

So far I thought I'd do:

richard&alice - done 1st July
Gemini Rue - done 1st July (both ending variations, but only one counts!)
To the moon - installed 1st July, done 5th July
Edna & Harvey - installed 1st July, done 23rd July
Edna & Harvey 2 - installed 1st July
Gabriel Knight 1 - installed 1st July
Gabriel Knight 2 - installed 1st July
Blackwell 1 - installed 1st July done 3rd July
Blackwell 2 - installed 1st July done 3rd July
Blackwell 3 - installed 1st July done 3rd July
Blackwell 4 - installed 1st July done 4th July
Cat Lady - installed 1st July done 2nd July
Machinarium - installed 17th July, done 18th July
Primordia - installed 18th July done 19th July
Vagrant Story (PSP) - started 10th July

I'll also do quick run throughs of RE4, 5 & 6 on the PS3 as well as Dantes Inferno, Brutal Legend and Alone in the Dark (I've played them to death and they don't take me very long now). Fat Princess, Mushroom Ninjas and a few random indie games on there too. But I need more!

Any suggestions from the GOG collective?

Edit: thought I'd add the date I installed a game for this competition and the date I complete it, if different, just for giggles. I have no idea how the two men are going to do but keep cheering for the Burlesque dancing GOG girl! My Fb page is www.facebook.com/jo.yelland.7 and the end screen album is being updated every time I finish a game. I can't take a photo of my TV and my face while holding the camera, so my stress relief Pacman ghost is acting as stand-in. :D

THIS WILL NOW CONTINUE TIL CHRISTMAS! MUST WIN AS FOOD, DRINK AND BRAGGING RIGHTS ARE AT STAKE!!!

Blackwell games?
You finished Soul Reaver 1 before ? Because if you did, finishing it the second time is easy, and doesn't take a long time. Also - MDK isn't that long, if you're mildly good at action games. Serious Sam: First Encounter is also kinda short.
There are tons n tons of short adventure games out there. Try The Shivah.
Evoland, Unmechanical, Deponia and Freedom Fall (not on GOG) would be good choices.

Edit: Are only commercial games allowed? If not you should visit the AGS site. You will find tons of short adventure games there.

For me, these were some of the games I was able to finish in the shortest amount of time
- Street Fighter Alpha 2 (Given the right settings, you can finish a game with any character in less than 10 minutes).
- Any of GOG's freeware adventure games (except Treasure Adventure Game)
- Any of Apogee/3D Realms' games
- The 3D games in the Catacombs pack
- Hotline Miami
- Normality
- Pretty much any first-person shooter on GOG.
- If you're really good at shoot 'em ups, Raiden Legacy, Tyrian 2000, and Raptor
- Machinarium
- Inherit the Earth
- Alien Shooter
- Time Commando
- Darwinia
- Evoland
- 99 Levels to Hell (depends on your luck, though I finished the game in under 7 hours).
Edit: In fact, most of this stuff are games I finished since the beginning of the year:

Not all of the ones listed have ending screens, though, so I have my own definition of what I consider 'finished' for those.

Look for speed runs on YouTube. I think there are quite a few games that you can finish in less than an hour if you know all the tricks. Also, adventure games are obviously very easy to beat with a walkthrough.
Another World (2-3 hours in average unless you know what you're doing) and Alan Wake's American Nightmare (4 hours if you ignore most collectibles) are safe bets. Also, I believe I finished Resonance faster than Gemini Rue, so I'd recommend playing that one first.
Myst 1 is pretty short. Took me 3 days in 6th grade without a guide. Could be completed in a couple minutes if you get lucky in the fireplace.

SCPM: - Pretty much any first-person shooter on GOG.
You never played Shogo, have you ? :D
If you have Loom you can finish it an about five or ten minutes if you know all the songs.
Fallout can be pretty short if you skip the pleasantries and just get a bloody move on.

I finished Hotline Miami in one sitting. A fairly long one, but one sitting still.

FTL, although it depends on your luck quite a lot.

I've heard that Scratches is about five hours long. Haven't played it myself yet.

Raptor is pretty short.

Also, Beneath a Steel Sky.

;) I did, but you're right, I take that back, many FPS games here would take (me, anyhow) at least 8 hours to finish, like Kingpin, Shogo, the Serious Sam games, the Far Cry games, the Unreal games, Signal Ops, Riddick, Chaser, and Arma. =/

Actually, the Serious Sam games don't really take that long if you're average or above at FPS games. I finished SS:FE in about 6 hours on normal difficulty, and the 2nd encounter in about 7. And I wasn't even in a hurry or something :P

Tyrian was surprisingly lengthy (for its genre, that is)

Anyway, I would recommend:
FTL
Myst (if you are good at logical puzzles. I managed to beat that game in an evening)
To the Moon
Earth Worm Jim (if you are good at platformers, if not, it will take you some time)
Botanicula
The Blackwell games
Telltale's episodic games (each episode should take you 2-4h)
Hotline Miami
Trine
Tiny & Big: Grandpa's Leftovers
Also, fighting games tend to be really short.
