Hi, this is a little bit of a beg but would any kind GOGer happen to have a Monster Hunter 3U Gift And Hunt Together code they aren't going to use?

For those who don't know Nintendo and Capcom are running a promo in the UK where anyone who registers a copy of Monster Hunter 3U on Club Nintendo can get a code for a free downloadable copy of the game to gift away. I'd really like one of these codes and would be willing to trade one or two Steam keys I have to get one.

Can the code only be used in the UK, do you know? If not, then I've had this eye on this game for when I have some money for a while, and have a decent sized collection of games I could trade from... I'd be quite generous!

The promo itself is definitely UK only, and I know the 3DS is region-locked so I think it's a pretty safe bet the codes are too. Saying that, though, I have to admit I don't know for sure, so it may possibly work overseas if you're very lucky.

Seriously, though, I'm not particularly hopeful. The Venn diagram of GOGers who are in the UK, have a 3DS and are willing to give the code away has got to be kind of small.

Edit: also I guess I should explain a few things. Namely, although anyone who registers MH can claim the free code to give away, not everyone can redeem it. To be eligible you have to have registered your 3DS with Club Nintendo within the last couple of months (I can look up the exact dates if anyone is curious)

You know you have to have registered your 3DS this month right?
If so I have an otherwise useless code here... my brother gave it to me, but I registered my 3DS back when I bought it, so I can not use it anyway.

No, I got the code but gave it to someone else a while back, then lost track of where the chain went I'm afraid. Sorry. I think the offer is still going though, so if you ask nicely some lovely person might be as kind to you as 011284mm was to me.

Edited to add: I've just had a good look at the T&Cs. As I understand it (and please someone correct me if I'm wrong) no more codes can be generated but if somebody already has a code floating around it can still be used to get the game provided that you also add a 3DS to Club Nintendo at the same time. The cutoff for this is 5th August so there are still a few days to go.
