I have accidentaly put Freespace in my shopping cart, then added Stonekeep which I actually wanted to buy using redeem code. So I had Freespace 2 and Stonekkep in my cart , right. So I used redeem code with intention of buying Stonekkep and only after that I notice that there is also accidentaly added Freespace 2 in my cart. And instead of removing it from my cart, I (probably wrongly) used cancel button to cancel order. I went back and put Stonekeep in my cart once again, but the redeem code was already useless, which is logical, because I have already used redeem code but...without actually geting the game for it. I think it would be better if reedeem code is marked by system as used only if you buy something with it, not by the moment you input it to the system.

It would be wise to send support a message. They've proven to be very useful and friendly (especially on IRC ;) )

Bonus codes clear within 24 hours from cancelation of the order, so you should just try again. And if you'll have any more problems just contact our support.
