ikantspelwurdz: How would you remove DRM without reverse engineering?

markstahler: ...and sells it without any involvement from the original copyright holders and/or publishers? Come on.

You're right, it is not possible. Ofcoz we do have support of content owners.
The only problem is that not always this support is possible due to different reasons
(lost masters, documentation etc). And in this rare cases we need to use some less standard methods like reverse enginering, but this is rather an exception.
I'd like to add a request for widescreen support, where it is possible. Widescreen is taking over the display industry:
http://www.bit-tech.net/news/2008/09/19/widescreen-lcds-to-cater-for-90-of-market-by-2011/1
...so this is going to be an issue for more and more GOG customers. If direct widescreen support cannot be implemented, perhaps each game could have a featured support article on widescreen solutions available from 3rd parties/sites?
Thanks again for the great games and terrific service.
dosbox has a built in aspect corrector.
Go to the [render] section of dosbox.conf and change "aspect" to "true".
Worked for me on my 1440x900 LCD! :D
