to pay for your games via credit card requires "a secure connection" which currently Galaxy 2 does not have i.e, the little box where you put your 3 numbers in from the back of your card wont work guys

workaround = open a web browser, sign in the Gog and pay for your game from there

to be clear, this is a basic maintenance [at their end] and Gog is well aware of it
