It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

In the Browser, they work nice and fine. But, for example Baldur's Gate III says I have 100% achievements unlocked and that's far not the case. I have 11% and it is not shown in Galaxy. If I get a new Achievement, will it record it accordingly, does that even work? And can it be fixed? I can't view it for Stellaris and Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous too. It says N/A and doesn't show any of them, again, it works in the browser.

There was a bug on GOG Galaxy with the percentage stuck, and although it has been fixed I think it unlocks only when you get a new achievement. So try unlocking an achievement and everything should synchronize correctly. Stellaris on the other hand has never had achievements on Galaxy unfortunately.

bg3 is a special case where achievements are controlled outside of Gog i.e, Larian server

galaxy shows achievements correct on games that track locally but games that have their data stored on other servers will fail because gog server is not talking to them... thats a major fuck up to fix but its upto them and there isn't anything you can do about it from your end
