Hello. Sorry if this is in the wrong spot, I also left one on the page for the game but figured I would have better luck having someone see it here.

I've been trying to download Dragon Age Origins for the last two days and nothing seems to be working. I've tried both installing through the website and downloading the files separately and installing offline. Both the file through the website and the separate files start downloading but then fail shortly after (except for the first and smallest file). I've tried multiple web browsers, running in administrator, and it's not my antivirus. I've also tried downloading GOG Galaxy 2.0 but I have the same problem. I've also tried downloading Myst and the same thing keeps happening so it's not the game. The customer support bot is useless so I am turning here.

Is there something up with the website? Because the problem seems to be coming from there. In any case, I am at my wit's end and really hope someone can help me here.

Update: Okay something is weird because it can download on my crappy old laptop but not the desktop computer???

Hello,

1. Disable IPv6
2. Set DNS to Cloudflare ("Set up on PC" section near the bottom)
3. Restart your system.

Whether or not that helps, open a support ticket. They need to be made aware of the networking issue.
