Recently after Cyberpunk release I focused on GOG and using it daily I have problem with cloud sync of my saves. Now I play Witcher 1 and every time I exit game my saves not synced and there is a message about high load.

Can you fix it for my region? Or I should return to play this game on steam as I also have it on steam and no problems with cloud sync there

Witcher 1 saves are big in size. It is suggested to delete old saves from within the game.
Just leave 2 or 3 most recent saves to free up available cloud space.

Same thing here, with The Witcher 3 GOTY. I first noticed the problem around January 3rd. I got maybe 5 days of working cloud saves starting around February 12th.

It took 5 weeks to get in touch with support. The culmination of that was that I basically crippled my system security, cloud saves started working, I put the security settings back to normal, and cloud saves continued to work (until February 17th or so). On top of that, the first automated reply to my support request said they fixed a cloud saves problem days prior. All things considered, it looks like a server issue to me.

I don't think saves size has anything to do with it. My saves collection was over 725 MB in size back when syncing worked. It has only grown by 11 MB since then. In any case, I'm not going to delete my saves; that would defeat the whole purpose.

It's worth noting that I can't even download the saves backup from the Extras tab (same "heavy load" error). So everyone should keep local backups and not depend on GOG Galaxy to safeguard their saves.
