Hi,

When I don't limit downloading I get my maximum download speed of 8MB/s. When I limit
the broadband speed to any speed, like, say 5MB/s, all I get is less than 2MB/s I can use
8MB/st under "limit broadband speed" and will still get less than 2MB/s. Obviously there
is something wrong with the code here, but I am not sure as I have the update problem
mentioned elsewhere, and am still on version 2.38, not 2.56, or whatever the latest version is,
as GOG Galaxy doesn't update properly.

Any limit I set, I get a speed of around 30% of what I set. Am running the most recent 1.2 release, not 2.0

Nice to know this is a bug that keeps on giving all this time later! :)
