So, just got my invitation today, so I proceed to download the installer. The problem is when I tried to run the installer, it stuck at 0 MB download. I've checked task manager and found out that the installer use quite high CPU process and no network activity at all. I'm using WIndows 10 with 1903 update with Ryzen 5 2600 processor running at stock.

Looks like the problem lies on my ISP. Tried using my phone data and it works fine.
