Hi, my GOG is still offline, but i can buy a game or add free, by using offline GOG... problem is, i cant download my games, because GOG is offline. Anyone have any advice please?

Disable IPv6 and restart your system.

If that doesn't help, double-check that the GOG Galaxy executables have Internet access through your firewall or router.

If that also doesn't fix things, this could be a result of GalaxyClientService.exe crashing constantly in the latest version. You can downgrade to 2.0.55.99.

And i dont know why it is impossible contact support, and now i am not able to sign in to client absolutly. Only discusion is working for me.

where is Galaxy installed i.e, what path C: Galaxy, D Galaxy ?

you say you can buy a game which means you do have an active account so its prob a script error

i tried many times. When i click on GOG in support menu, on next page i am not signed anymore and i dont have chance to talk with chatbot, for some reason nothing is working, just reload page. I try refer there so. thank you

The chatbot issue is probably caused by one of your content blocking browser add-ons.
