Whenver I try to add Origin integration it just display a gray empty box

Epic Games also just never sends me an email when login in from GOG Galaxy 2, it sends me an email instantly through their launcher or website however.
I cannot attach an image that shows the bug since it's bigger than 500kb and I cannot link to imgur so take my word for it I guess?

EDIT: The problem was related to not having VC++ 2019 installed. Fixed now.

Epic Games still does not send an email however.

I have a gray page with EGS, worked fine, but it kept saying a game was installed when it was not, so tried to disconnect and connect again and now it wont add the games :(

I have the same issue. I created a support ticket days ago. I've also (re) installed the VC++ 2019 runtime and it didn't fix it. I've connected to Bethesda.net, Epic, PSN, Steam, and Uplay just fine. Only Origin gives me the blank gray dialog.

EDIT: I just noticed you can right-click on the blank window to view page source (as it's just a browser window after all). It's essentially an empty HTML page containing:

<html><head></head><body></body></html>

Not surprising, but I was wondering if the content was hidden somehow, maybe by a CSS bug or something. But no, there's really nothing but a blank page there.

I had a grey page when I linked my Epic account but I exited and then started up Galaxy again but still grey screen.

However my system is dual boot so I went into Linux then just to try it out I installed Galaxy through Lutris and when Galaxy synced up all my libraries the games from the Epic store appeared, went back over to Windows and all the games from Epic were showing.
I too am experiencing this. Origin is just giving me an grey pop up; viewing the page source shows there’s no contents. VC++ reinstall didn’t solve it. Any solution?

I am having the blank page issue as well. I appear to have VC++ 2015-2022 both x86 and x64 installed per Revo Uninstaller, so I am not sure what I would need to install to fix the issue, as you apparently did? I am on Windows 11. I also am using the new EA app vs. Origin, so not sure if that would make a difference.

My Ubisoft one also just disconnects almost immediately. I have tried to remedy that by making sure to have the Ubi launcher running first, but to no avail.

The Epic one loads fine and has seemingly imported my games, but then stays at Importing Epic...

Same here. I have a grey page when I try to connect Origin. In my case I use the new EA App and I'm on Windows 11. Other connects works fine e.g. Epic, Steam, Uplay, PSN, Battle.net.
Just chiming in to say I'm experiencing this as well. Recently clean installed windows and was slowly getting things back to normal.

I have both EA (Cr)App and Origin installed.

I was able to link my EA (Origin) account on GOG Galaxy

Basically what I did was try to log in to the origin page, when it took me to this page, then I clicked "Connect" in the GOG app, this way the box was no longer greyed out and it took me to login from Origin.

Sorry if it's poorly formulated, I'm translating this.

Hello

For me same problem with Origin, also grey box and loading and loading...

But I have managed to solve it! Just simple by deleting whole plugin of Origin.
Go to location on Your C drive:
C:\\Users... \ Yur user name\ ..\AppData\Local\GOG.com\Galaxy\plugins\installed

there will be folder that begins with Origin_... - go in to this folder and delete all data inside.
Go back to integrations in GOG App and try to connect once again with Origin.

Works like a charm to me ;)
