I purchased the witcher 3 complete edition on ps5 and signed in to GOG no problem and linked my psn account to galaxy, but i cant install it. It just comes up with "play this on your console".

Feel like I've tried every troubleshooting thing for this... really bugging me. I'm guessing others have had this issue too?

sqlrob: See the stack with "3", next to overview? Click that and select GoG to switch from Playstation and be able to install.

Joey6491: Thanks for the reply, I tried that but it just says "link executable"..?
And then when I go into that it just comes up with this... weird.

sqlrob: That's what you get if you have "other, which is simply an "O" icon. Are you sure you're selecting GoG? If you definitely are, it might be related to the galaxy client service repeatedly crashing and talk to support.

Joey6491: Yeah this is all I have on mine.. really weird. I tried contacting support already but it sent me to a bot chat which didn't help and then here :/ any other clues?

sqlrob: Sorry, no. That's really odd. My PSN isn't working any more (doesn't handle 2FA correctly last time Iried) so I can't check if it's something there. If you didn't enter it manually, which is what other usually means, it's most likely having issues talking to the server. Do you still have Witcher in the web browser?

Joey6491: On my browser it says my game library is empty XD disaster. Do they have an email you can contact? Just seems really odd, and I can't find anyone else that's had a similar issue.

sqlrob: Just what's on the site or a ticket through Galaxy. They're pretty silent on tickets though, I've filed a few and there's almost no activity on them other than the automatic assignments.
