I have to disconnect the link with Steam because when it finishes loading all my library, Galaxy just crashes to desktop.
Anyone else tired of playing whack-a-mole with this app? It seems that I get one plugin working, and another one stops working.
Yeah I'm getting this issue as well. Stupid programmers I guess.
With the 2.0.16.187 build (Theria) the retry button actually does something. If I'm lucky Galaxy is even able to import my Steam games before Steam integration crashes again.
What is new a black settings window named 'undefined' after a few re-connect attempts and crashes.

As Todd Howard said: 'It just works.'

jemasoniii: I was about to come here and post the same exact thing, but I think I might have finally fixed this issue after trying every thing else. Here is what I did:
1) Close GOG Galaxy (close it from the task task manager to make sure it's closed)
2) Open 'C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\plugins' or wherever you've got GOG installed and delete everything here.
3) Open `C:\Users\xxxxxxx\AppData\Local\GOG.com\Galaxy\plugins\installed` or wherever your appdata is. Delete everything here as well.
4) Restart Galaxy and wait for it to redownload the plugins.

I did this a couple of hours ago, and no plugin crashes since then, where it would normally crash a minute after restarting. Hope this helps.
That solved it for me. Point #2 no longer applies though - the downloaded and installed plugins are both under appdata now.
same issues, but did not fix my problem, cant install cyberpunk after a fresh windows installation because the crap does still not work. now i need to download 27x4gb files each by each because even this cant be bundled as one
Have attempted this fix. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.

Only fix I've found that guaranteed works for me is disconnecting my Steam account and reconnecting it. Unfortunately I have a huge Steam library and it can take half an hour to load it all in. I also suspect that's the cause of the crash, along with frequent minor Steam updates that break the plugin's ability to connect.

I have a (probably unrelated) issue with my laptop on Steam; when it comes out of hibernation I have to restart Steam to be able to use Remote Play. Both my desktop and laptop can download updates AND PLAY GAMES at the same time until I restart it on my laptop, then I can only run a game on one at a time. But then again, maybe it's not unrelated. Maybe it's Steam at fault for all of this.
