Is there any way I can make my familiar stop attacking me? If I shoot at something with my crossbow the familiars first move is to sneak attack me. I have the pixie. This went from sometimes to every fight.

If NWN1, you changed your PC's faction somehow. Sometimes an errant AoE spell can injure a neutral NPC. Killing rats, dogs, etc. intentionally can also change your PC's faction.

You can either use the console to reset your PC's faction (dm_setfaction <faction>) or just allow it to die and then respawn. If choosing the suicide option, jot down your GP and XP before dying and then use the console to add back what was lost during the "adjustment" (assuming you are playing on at least hardcore difficulty).
