My game freezes up randomly whenever I pause the game for some reason and not sure of the cause. After the first time I downloaded and am using the client extender but it still freezes randomly when I pause forcing me to close the game through the task manager. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Try resetting hotkey defaults then close the game and reboot. Also, maybe try setting Pause to another key (yeah, I know it's not handy that way but wtf) just as a test.
