Itches that need scratching:
1) Using a 360 gamepad to navigate menus (e.g: Inventory, Alchemy) the right bumper jumps *two* categories to the right instead of just one.
The left bumper still correctly moves over 1 category; but, it can be frustrating having to do the whole 'two steps forward, one step back' menu shuffling when scrolling to the right.
2) Berserk Adrenaline mode graphic persists after the effect expires. Even when the Berserk buff has dropped off the green veins and pulsing blur over the screen do not go away until you either meditate or save and reload.
3) The 'Back' button on a gamepad still can't be mapped through the config utility.
