remove all references to Ati high definition drivers when using HDMI sound .

remove ANY realtek drivers or hardware,including wifi dongles and sound,especially onboard mobo realtek audio.

of course if you have no other sound options you have to play it with subtitles only,but at least the damned bsod`s and ctd`s disappeared for me.

Only when it was installed on a totally naked fresh OS install did it finally act like a working title.


btw CDP..this game is absolutley stunning with all the bells and whistles turned on full,and viewed on a huge led samsung tv.

I had occassional crashes, what fixed it for me was changing the Texture Memory Size setting from Very High to High for my 1 GB video card.
