Think how awesome this would be. Short standalone stories where you play as Letho, Saskia, Roche and/or Iorveth. These are all new characters created by CDPR (well, ok, Iorveth had a BRIEF mention in the books, but as far as looks, personality and such goes, he's a CDPR creation) and I'd like to know more about them, i think it would add depth to the story.

Letho, you assassinate King Demavend on orders from the Nilfgaardian emperor.

Saskia, you lead the peasant rebellion after said assassination.

Roche and Iorveth are a bit trickier, but I think arguably the most important, because it is these two characters you choose between at the end of act 1. It would add a lot to the story to know better where both their motivations lie. I think in the end both will need to have their stories not tied directly to events of the game, but more character explorations. Iorveth simply because his big contribution will be covered in Saskia's story, Roche because he's just more of a blank slate. we know a bit, but not a whole lot about him. So here's what I propose for these two characters. Iorveth just... doing his thing, and to tie it to the plot of the game, have him be stabbed with that spearhead that stabbed Sabrina. It's never explained if his scar is due to that, or from before, lets clarify that. In any case, it seems like it was an impressive event, since it was said the spear's shaft broke on impact. Personally, I'd like to see the moment he has his face marred, but if they want the scar to be older, no big deal. And similarly with Roche, just have him going about whatever it is the Blue Stripes do, and maybe have the incident with him rescuing Ves from the Scoia'tael. an added bonus for both characters would be to have them encounter eachother, and set up the whole arch-enemy thing.

Make it happen CDPR, or failing that, modders, assuming they release appropriate toolsets. Hell, if CDPR doesn't do it i may do it myself.
